Issues not dealt with in this form
What happens next?
We will investigate your report by contacting the collection team to confirm the following:
- The bin was out on time
- The bin wasn't too heavy or difficult to move
- The recycling bin/s weren't contaminated
If your report relates to a missed rubbish or garden bin, we will aim to return within 48 hours. If the report relates to a missed recycling collection, we will be unable to return to collect your items, however please present any additional items on your next scheduled collection day.
Please note - you must report your missed bin within 72 hours.

The information will only be disclosed to individuals in the Council who require it to complete your request. Please be aware that your information may be passed to the Council’s Counter Fraud Service and/or the Police if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
