If you have a car parking permit and you change your vehicle, you need to let us know so we can update our systems.
If your permit expires before 26 March 2020, we will send you a replacement permit.
If your permit expires on or after 26 March 2020, you will need to retain your original permit to transfer to your new vehicle. If you do not retain your original permit, you will be required to purchase a new permit at a cost of £115 (£125 from 1 April 2020).

Our systems will be updated with your new vehicle details.
If your permit expires before 26 March 2020, we will send you a new permit within five working days. If after 10 working days you have not received your permit, please contact us immediately.
If your permit expires on or after 26 March 2020, you will need to retain your original permit to transfer to your new vehicle.
